Presentation Submission Guidelines 

1. Template 

We strongly recommend using the provided template.

3. Submission Location 

Submit at the Preview Room

5. Important Notes 

⚠ Bring your files on a USB memory stick. 
⚠ Visit the Preview Room at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation. 

Session Room Equipment 

Available Equipment: 

• Windows Computer (Mac not supported) 

• Projector 

• Microphone 

• Podium (Equipped with a monitor, mouse, and smart pointer – No keyboard) 

 Important Notice: 

• Do NOT use your own laptop for your presentation to prevent compatibility issues with the projector. 

3. Prior to Your Presentation 

• Adhere to the allocated presentation time to ensure a smooth transition for the next speaker. 

• Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins to prepare accordingly. 

• You will be responsible for managing and advancing your own slides during the presentation.

Guidelines for Dialogue Session 

Presenters will have 12 minutes of Q&A time with attendees. The specific presentation date and time will be scheduled and communicated accordingly. 

Key Information 

• Q&A Requirement: Onsite Q&A session (12 minutes) is mandatory. 

• Presentation Language: English
