Stan Zurkiewicz, Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of DEKRA since 2022, is an international expert for safety, security and sustainability. He has held the role of General Manager China at DEKRA since 2009 following the takeover by KEMA Quality, and has been in charge of DEKRA's East & South Asia region since 2015 before becoming DEKRA's COO in 2021. The sports enthusiast - he is a passionate marathon runner and has a black belt in martial arts - has an Executive Master of Business Administration from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) as well as a Master of Arts in Management from the University of St. Andrews.
