Elizabeth Connelly is currently leading transport analysis in the Energy Technology Policy division of the International Energy Agency (IEA). She has served as the coordinator and lead author of the IEA’s annual Global EV Outlook report for the past three years. She also serves as the desk officer for the Electric Vehicles Technology Collaboration Programme, which brings together experts from around the world to advance research on vehicle electrification. Before joining the IEA, Elizabeth worked at the U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory on projects supporting vehicle decarbonisation and systems analysis. Elizabeth has a PhD in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia (USA).
